Windows Store PC- Cannot Connect To Store error every time on launch

Every time I launch the game I get this Cannot Connect To Store error, which says "Cannot retrieve the list of available content. Please try again later. and then I can just click and try to get through again but I just keep getting this error. Relaunched the game and restarted my computer, both do nothing.
