Charm is useless only cosmetic purposing

Since i play other games that "remake" which they also have charms customization. Should be better the charm on DBD usefull maybe like
"+10% gain on BP sloppy butcher"
"+10% gain on BP Hook"
etc.

Charms were created to be cosmetic only. Which isn't bad, however they throw so many at us atleast imo I feel overwhelmed and use only the charms we get in tomes.

There's no intentions to have charms (or any other cosmetic) have an in-game effect, they are purely cosmetic items.

Really guys? This is what we decide to complain about? Charms are a nice way to individualize yourself. If you don't like the way they work you can completely ignore them.
