Hoarder Perk No Longer Working on Lament Configuration
The Hoarder perk appears to be bugged. It is no longer giving a notification when survivors pick up the Lament Configuration. Probably doesn't work for other killer-specific items too. I had heard that Franklin's intentionally doesn't work with killer-specific items, which makes sense for a ton of reasons, but Hoarder was still supposed to work. I hope this is a bug because if it's not, Hoarder's a dead perk. There's no reason to run it.

Now the items are classified in different categories:
* Survivor Item
These can return to a player's inventory at the end of a match
e.g. Toolbox, Med-kits, Firecracker, etc
* Special Item
Items related to playing against specific Killers
e.g. EMPs, the Lament Configuration, Vaccines from Nemesis
* Temporary Item
Items that do not return to a player's inventory at the end of a match
e.g. the White Glyph's Pocket Mirror, Flashbang
So I think that both Hoarder and Franklin's Demise only work on Survivor Items

Hoarder triggers a Loud Noise Notification for 4 seconds, whenever Survivor performs any of the following actions within 32/48/64 meters of your location:
- Unlocks a Chest
- Picks up any item, including Limited items
So it either should work, or they forgot to just update it, which can be either one. Item is an item, picking it up should work anyway for Hoarder

It's probably intentional, Hoarder worked on the PTB (while Franklin’s didn’t) and since then it changed to not work, doubt that's a bug.

This is by Design, Hoarder should no longer work with Special Items (these have just been defined in the patch notes) and only work with Survivor Items.
