PC/7.2.0 PTB - Head On not stunning Xenomorph in Runner Mode

Step 1 : Assign Head On on Survivor
Step 2 : In-game, try to stun the Xenomorph when they are in Runner Mode using Head On (once the perk is ready)
Step 3 : Killer is not stunned, they are able to grab you mid-animation (which is a normal feature, but shouldn't happen with Head On since they should be stunned - the stun never occurs)
