PC - When Use Overcharge, counts a over regression event.
What to add in the description
Step 1 : I've only kicked the generator three times so far.
Step2 : Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance's token is 2 pieces left.
Step 3 : When I kicked generator, generator can no longer be regressed.(blocked off)
Maybe the survivor failed a skill check more than once.

Failing a skill check from the survivor side doesn't affect the regression, do you have any video showing what happened in the match?

If you got the spikes for the first time after kicking the gen, that does not mean it's blocked from then on. It acts as a warning that the gen is about to reach the 8 regression events (usually this starts at 4). You kicked the gen 3 times, got maybe 1 Pain Res proc on it, so your kick would have been the 5th regression event, at most the 6th if both hit that gen. That should have allowed for at least one other kick. Without a video, however, it's difficult to judge exactly what happened.

I understood that the gen effect (entity brock) doesn't mean I can't kick.
