So is Vecna's spell collision intentional?
I saw no mention in the dev update about Vecna's ability to pass through survivors when swapping spells. Is this intended?

The patch notes are not out yet - the Dev Update gives the main points that's changing from the PTB to Live. Vecna passing through Survivors is a bug that was on the PTB and should be fixed when the update goes Live.

I don’t see why it should be removed considering Michael has been able to use stalk to walk through survivors for several years now.

Speaking of patch note, can you confirm whether or not the Scamper change is getting reverted?

I can't see why it would be reverted considering this dev update only had changes from PTB and whats going to live

Plague can do this because she just gets a free down

I think the problem was that Vecna could totally ignore bodyblocks while chasing survivors, as when he is swapping between spells iirc he doesn't get slowed at all (he only got slowed once he started charging a spell) and still lost collision but Myers moves as a turtle, so it cannot be used in the same way.

its not getting reverted, what's changed is listed on the Dev Update. When the update releases the full patch notes will be released then.

Terrible change just like you ignored Flights of the damned being crouchable

And why is it terrible, exactly? It led to free hits that didn’t have enough counterplay, overall with the cooldown reduction the Chucky changes are a buff if you are good at playing him.
