Is Gatekeeper bugged?

I completed a Round with 5 gens left and i got only bronze gatekeeper and got only points for closed gates.
I saw this many times in previous rounds but now im sure the 9 minutes extra points for gatekeeper does not working. Is this a bug or should it be the way??
