Chucky Bug Fix needs to be a top priority

Chucky has been bugged for half a year, with Scamper canceling and M1 during Slice n' Dice. There is no way they didn't even attempt to fix him, he's already a powerful killer with a super low skill floor and ceiling, if they keep these bugs in the game he's literally unbeatable in a chase. These bugs need to be a top priority right now, they've been in for too long
