Reporting issue

I had a friend who spent alot of money on the game but he played one game and had a chetaer in his game and he could actively see them cheating but he just decided to play the game like normal , he somehow got the cheater on the hook and kept him there till the final second once they were gone he went for the rest but he never finished the game because he's been banned because the cheater lied through his teeth to get him banned , my friend was in the top leaderboards but now me him and all of our friends refuse to do anything that isn't custom game on the game because of our fear of getting reported by cheaters who play unfairly , I'd love to see him get unbanned so we could go back to the game but the devs responded to him saying they don't care about his opinion at all even when he said that his ban was falsely accused and had proof of the guy cheating when my friend played killer but they said being banned is permanent and the devs have no desire to unban him from the false accusations , I personally can't believe the devs would go so far as to not even attempt to hear him out they just told him to make a new account and rebuy everything he had if he wanted to keep playing but for the first time ever sense I feel like he deserves a chance to chance his fate . The ones who get caught should take there penalty but for people like my friend and everyone else who were falsely accused should at least be givin a chance to prove there innocence and hope to be unbanned . he played doc and was terrifying to play against but the people who are good at playing the killers I seem to have noticed getting reported by everyone and there mother !
