3 people lobby is back?

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After 2v8 started normal queue started to have 3 men lobbies. 4th person is shown on UI, but he just doesn't load in into the match. After 2 people are dead 3rd one can get a hatch. It's now every 3rd game or so at least for me.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Loading into the match, all 4 people are ready at lobby, one person doesn't load into the match.

How do I do that?

- Press the Windows Key + R to open the "Run" command.
- In the text box paste the following: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
- Click "OK" - this will open your Dead by Daylight Logs folder.
- If it does not open the Dead by Daylight Logs folder, it may mean that when installing Dead by Daylight you chose to save your files somewhere else and will need to check there.
- The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file
