SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Thalitas left hand is not moving when wearing the Band's Top torso cosmetic/deep rift recolor

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: The bug is visible in lobby, in game and even in the cosmetic selection preview in the loadout tab. Her left hand shows no animation at all in lobby or in game, looks frozen stiff. Seems fine with all other top cosmetics. this is my favorite skin for her :(
