Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Killer keeps moving after releasing W
And before you ask, no this is not an issue with my keyboard, I do not have this issue in any other game, nor do I see the issue if I hold down W similarly in a text file
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After releasing the W key my killer will keep walking forward as if I'm still holding down W for a half second after releasing W, the longer I've been holding W, the longer it will "stick"
PLATFORM: Windows 11
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: custom match, public lobby, doesn't matter. Hold down the W key and after holding it down for long enough (at least 20 seconds for noticeable results), when you release the killer will keep taking "w" key inputs

I was not using V-sync in those clips
I just tried a match with Vsync on, and I still had the same issue0 -
that sounds interesting.
May I ask if this also affects other movement keys (A S D), if it also Happens when rebinding forward to another Button, using a controller and if survivors are affected?

What keyboard are you using like is it one that is pressure sensitive keyboards that can sense how deep you press. Many of those usually have this function on the "WASD" keys. It might be that you are pressing the W long time and when you release it some reason it still think you are pressing it. Like with that kind of keyboard you need to keep the keyboard clean as that can effect it sensing if the key is pressed or not.

Well I tried with another keyboard and I can't replicate it, I guess it's my keyboard after all but I'm confused as to why this doesn't manifest on any other game. I tried to clean and fix the key to no avail so it looks like that just might be wraps for me playing DBD. Thank you all and sorry to waste your time

You should find some info of the keyboard as I think if its pressure sensitive keyboard you might be able to find how to disable the feature so you can use it in the game. Might be some reason it activates only with DBD.
