What Happened to the Add-On Passening?
Way back in 2.1.0 and 2.2.0 we started getting add-on passes for older killers. All we got was Hag, Trapper, and Wraith.
What happened to that?

What would be the certain killers? Obviously Leatherface cuz some addons doesn't work right? Maybe Nurse reworking multiple blinks?

They also did Legion and next is Freddy.

Right. Sort of. They really just adjusted his add-ons though. Nothing like Wraith's pass.

I still think Pig needs one. She has a lot of really bad ones IMO.

This probably wouldn't be possible since all killer add-ons affect different aspects of a power and not all powers are treated equally. Decreasing setting time on a bear trap is no big deal, for example, but decreasing the charge time on a chainsaw can be dangerous. Because of that, even though the add-ons do something very similar, the numbers behind them are completely different.

Now Legion's addons need another pass because two of them are useless, two of them may actually be making the tracking part of the power malfunction, 3 of them aren't worth using due to how his power functions now, and one ultra rare is kinda meh and not very thematic.

I am not talking about killer specific add-ons but things like mist add-ons, Moris, Blood Points and Map Offerings.
I don't know how your program is structured but would it be possible to flag those universal add-ons and offerings and saved them in a shared box available to all killers?
Same thing could be done with survivors, it would even make it easier for leveling up different characters and more viable survivors = more opportunities to sell cool cosmetic $.$ same goes for killers ;)

@Cymer Don't confuse Add Ons with Offerings. It's either one or the other for reasons @Peanits stated.
A shared Offering pool would be amazing for both killers and survivors.
A shared item/add on pool for survivors would be nice, especially since they are just skins. It'd also make sense Lore wise. Given survivors can find a share benefit to giving items to each other.
That, and my Dwight doesn't have a lot of maps while half of my unused Survivors do.
