something about the perk "vigil" and the exhaustion

to be honest, I'd posted this topic already, but I found it was posted to the wrong forum....sry about that......

All the people in the fog know that after the patch 1.5.0,the exhausted cooldown is paused while running.

 That's fair,I CAN handle it. BUT I hope the Quentin's perk "vigil" can be the only perk which allows the exhausted cooldown won't be paused while running.Maybe the rate recovers form the exhaustion can be set at 55%/60%/65% only with the perk "vigil" while running.It won't be too much strong for the killers and be too much weak for the survivors as well, becuz that will take at least 61.53s to recover form exhausted situation, the killers have enough time to put a survivor down to the ground.but the survivors still have chance to use the perks affecting exhaustion twice before they get into dying state or injured state.

I have to explain my idear further, many guys just don't realise what would the game be if the "vigil" changes like that. all the exhaustion perks is related to one exhausted state now,even they keep more than one exhaustion perk in a trial,not the same as the game used to be. If to get the ability of exhaustion recovering while running will cost two or more perks, those survivors will think further about how to choose their perks. In some way, that may reduce the probabilities that the survivors keep the "borrowed time","decisive strike"and "diliverance" with them, isn't it? that is a significant change,both to the killers and the survivors.The players of killers certainly don't want to combat with those squads that each of them has the perk named "borrowed time","decisive strike"or "diliverance".

 what do you guys think about this?
