Progression from Xbox1 to Series X/S

Crossplay question
Question good folks and folkettes. Is it possible for a player in a lobby to have the Crossplay globe but no name at all? They were "suspicious" in my eyes but I'm lacking info to follow up with. I'm on Xbox.

Survivor new perk idea
Final Gasp: While in the dying state once the bleedout timer reaches 25% remaining this park activates. You now crawl 15% faster, and if you succed a tremendously difficult skillckeck you return to the injured state and suffer from the Broken Status for 30sec. Perk then deactivates for the rest of the trial.

Piggy perk build
Looking for some non-pay perk builds for the Pig. She struggles mightily on the larger maps imo.
