Something is definitely up with pallet spawns on some maps. There's Midwich like this thread addresses, but I've also played a couple times on maps like Shelter Woods very recently and noticed that one of the main building pallets didn't spawn when it should be there 100% of the time. This was right at the beginning of the match and there's no debris on the ground, so I know it's not a case of someone else having already used it. This is also either a mistake on the devs' part, or I guess this pallet now only has a chance of spawning.

Yeah, content creators prioritise their content, not necessarily the health of the game. Case in point was the tightening of matchmaking after Chucky's release. Heaps of the popular cc's released videos arguing against it, and their arguments revolved around their content - for example, that they can't chat with their viewers as much if their opponents are too challenging. It was just 'me, me, me' over a change that positively influenced the game for probably hundreds of thousands of players worldwide. And this was from content creators who played both sides.

I’m sure that all of y’all already know that The Krasue has vanished and has already gotten overshadowed by Vecna two the squeakquel, and I think there’s a variety of reasons as to why that is. Don’t get me wrong, but I love a lot of things about this killer. Her lore is great, her music work is phenomenal, and even the folklore that this is based off of gave a lot of room for creativity for her power to be designed. So can someone tell me why the hell she’s so generic? Like I love this killers design so much but she feels like a store brand cereal version of a dash and infection killer, her gameplay just doesn’t offer anything unique compared to her compatriot’s. If you want a mid range, infection killer play Nemesis and Plague, if you want a strong dash killer take your pick from the ocean of dashslop we already have. She’s genuinely a nothing burger of a killer and that just makes me sad. Please, for the love of God and make this killer stand out from the rest. Please papa Bhavior, do something to give the Krasue an actual unique identity so that she isn’t just another dash killer.

Gen regression got nerfed BECAUSE everyone was using 4 gen-regression all the time 24/7.

Which lead to survivors using genrush 24/7.

The reason they havent stopped is because they play against kaneki who use 3 gen-regression with blood favour on maps that barely have a decent pallet count.

Why would a survivor who takes 120s to do a gen, not feel pressured to genrush more than they did before?.

Not like you already pushed away majority of casual from last years constant nerfs to soloq, but im sure this will give you alot more sweaty swfs as a result to nerfing them again.

I think a big part of why people don't see it much is because it's likely more commonly used by full swf teams and they aren't as prevalent as people like to believe.

The first and only time I equipped StB was a few days ago when I got it randomly in CS, and the killer spread hooks and I was the first to be hooked second. So I didn't even have a chance to use it. As for why solo queuers aren't likely to use it, I'll go with all of your above reasons - the risk is too high to carry for team mates who tend to disappoint you more often than not.

idk but something does seem up with midwich as the usual god pallet isnt there anymore for some reason.
