Re: To my survivors!
imagine those poor Ghouls if they had to deal with a fog vials "meta". good thing we saved them the frustrations of survivors having fun.
I hate scene partner
As killer and survivor I hate it.
For killer it's not even the aura part...it's the constant screaming even playing survivor it's just annoying after a while. Facing someone like Clown or a killer with infectious fright I can deal with it fine because I also know it's not constantly happening every 20 seconds(yes I know the perk has a cool down of 40 seconds but still).
It's worse if I'm on a gen with that survivor and they shout(yes I should mention it's a shout not a scream since a shout is a short version of it) then suddenly the killer shows up because they'll walk over to you because they heard it. What makes it even worse...so many survivors just have really annoying shouts. Like just make a setting for survivors where you can mute it I don't need to hear the fifth Steve in a row who brought scene partner with the other two Steve's in the match. Killer I get I need it since every bit of sound counts but just please let me mute because I don't want to hear it. I know I can't prevent someone from playing with it but I just need to rant about it because I was losing my mind since in the words of a famous video game villian.
"He did the same joke three times already. I don't think it's funny anymore."
Re: So still no ghoul changes huh?
Yet it works alot more.
Perks that got nerfed over heavy backlash :
Shoulder the burden, fog-vials, wake up.
wicked got a rework due to the many complains.
At this point we tried to be constructivey but it should take 9 months to make one killer who recently came out not frustrating to play against.

Re: So still no ghoul changes huh?
Everyone hates his bite and free injury due to how little to no counterplay it gives him.
Dont make him a hitscan or dont give him an injury.

Re: So still no ghoul changes huh?
Topic is why hasn't the ghoul been changed even tho the community clearly thinks he needs to be.
I am voicing my outrage with lack of consideration to complaints against ghoul.
Edit : It is really frustrating to have a killer like the ghoul in the game for so long, I primarily play soloq and he has just been miserable to verse since he has come out, posted this out of frustration because of lack of changes too the ghoul even tho its clear imo he needs changes., edited reply because I cant post :/
Re: So still no ghoul changes huh?
I'm kinda baffled we didn't get any 1v4 changes at all. It's like the devs went, "nah not getting yelled at again" and decided catching flak for no changes and potentially overtuned new content (I feel like on both the survivor and killer side) was better than getting derided for breaking something again.
I guess I hope the mid chapter has something more engaging.
Re: So still no ghoul changes huh?
Honestly, this was to be expected that there will be the silent treatment on that one. And to be fair, I dont care anymore. Anytime the Devs want to change anything they listen to the loudest group and step back. So why even bother with trying to change something?
They make money with the second Stranger Things Chapter. They make money with the Anniversary Chapter whatever it will be. This is all they care about.
Re: A general lack of sympathy from ignorance
There is no other game i have ever played where i am supposed to "think about how my opponent emotionally feels about how i'm playing and adjust my playstyle to be 'nicer'"
This conversation is constant because the emotional response to this game is higher. Other pvps, like shooters and fighting games, have more balanced opponents. Skill levels might be different, but the goals and abilities are roughly the same. If a decent killer or good survivor team is pitted against a lacking opponent, they automatically control the feel of the match, and can potentially hold the game hostage to make the other miserable. I never experienced anything remotely like this when I was playing shooters, nor did I see in-game actions that show how unhappy someone is, like pallet slamming and AFKing under hook. I don't even remember DCing being a thing in those games. I've also never seen in-game BMing anything like this one. If you get tbagged in CoD it's over pretty fast. You can get humped for four minutes in this game, and then get graphically murdered afterwards. Which brings up the narrative difference. A psychopath torturing and murdering innocent people feels different than two people in a war shooting each other. It's really not comparable to the average pvp.
