Re: Giving up seems to be so common now, why?
They're definitely trolling, I wouldn't bother.
I force survivors out the gates constantly to ensure my time isn't wasted. It's easy. A survivor can't force a killer to hook or mori them in order to ensure their time isn't wasted. The abandon option was the solution to that, and fair enough. Too many folks purposely being disingenuous here because they want to feel victimised but the point is that everyone has options.
please add more in depth custom keybinding for qol updates
having multiple actions on a single button is annoying ill give some short examples:
when you play as killer and you down someone infront of a pallet/window/locker and the game for some reason prioritizes those actions i listed before instead of the survivor pickup, youre force to look a certain direction in order to get the pick up option and are vulnerable to flashlight saves, or waste time vaulting or breaking pallets.
when you play as survivor and are looping the killer and want to vault a window but a locker is nearby, and get locker vacuumed, you lose momentum and distance, exposing yourself to the killer and either going down, injured or grabbed.
these situations are very frustrating for both sides and can totally be eliminated by giving us more actionable keybinds, please separate these actions and let us decide what we want. those that prefer the current default same button multiple actions can keep it, and the rest of us could add more keybinds to those multiple actions.
so in conclusion please add keybinds to:
vaulting windows- killer and survivor
opening/entering lockers - killer and survivor
picking up survivors - killer
breaking/ vaulting pallets - killer and survivor
there may be more actions im forgetting but please add to game
Re: 2v8 is not fun for killer anymore.
I don't know about that one, chief, the half an hour queue time tells a different story.
Re: Let us know what you think about 2v8's tonics!
killer tonics are EXTREMELY weak compared to how good the survivor tonics are.
Re: Pallets broken after recent 2x8 update. Insane amounts of pallets added to all maps
I mean, you could start by being more specific no? They have been balancing around the top survivors, we literally just had syringes and styptics reworked, which those all stacked in a 4 man were really oppressive.
Top tier killers on the other hand and their addons barely get touched ever, most reworks are a slap on the wrist.
There is no reason we can't do both.
Re: 2v8 is not fun for killer anymore.
I dead ass win more in 1v4 solo queue than in 2v8 now. I want these easy 2v8 survivor games that I keeping hear people talk about. My 2v8 teammates are the worst players in the entire game.
Re: Giving up seems to be so common now, why?
They arent FORCED to stay hostage or wait out 4 minutes.
You can move, you arent slugged on the floor unable to do anything.
Why is it, so hard to differanciate the two things?.
All Survivor slugged : cant do ######### with perks (which is why you surrender
Killers, are close to never hold in a losing game with no way to fight back or end the game.
If you cant understand that, then you havent played both sides enough.
Re: Giving up seems to be so common now, why?
At that point, you have lost, sure. But anytime before that, Killers can make a comeback. Or if nothing else, push them out instead of crying about being "forced" to stick around for teabags.
Re: 2v8 is not fun for killer anymore.
I have nearly a 70% team kill rate as solo queue Trapper in 2v8, I'm having a good time as killer. Most matches have 3-5k, have had only a couple 7/8e but more 7/8k that make up for it. Teammates this go around are doing well herding survivors into my traps. My only issue is when I get matched with a Nemesis because zombies are knocking survivors out of my traps early instead of downing them and they keep getting in my way during chases.
As killer I'm not feeling overwhelmed/frustrated or like I need more ways to add pressure in my matches because most of my matches the killer team is winning. Maybe it's because I've played alot of survivor so have an idea of their pathing getting around the map I can use my power more efficiently or cut them off in chase. Pallets aren't really a problem when you can put a trap on the other side, pushes survivor to a new loop and catches unsuspecting survivors later on.
