Nemesis has terrible map traversal. be grateful the devs only added 2 more instead of giving 1 zombie per survivor (or 8 zombies, which I'd be down for). If not that, then add a sprinting ability that starts out slow and gradually ramps up in speed the longer Nemmy holds it which Id be down for that also

Deliverance also becomes an empty slot in your build if you get hooked first. And shoulder the burden gives a tunnel target 2nd chances

Its kind of in the same spot as deliverance, having to compete for an unhook before you get hooked yourself. If they were to show perks in the starting lobby to teammates, itd cause lobby dodging when people don't see meta builds etc. So perhaps these perks that only 1 person can do like invocations, deliverance, shoulder the burden etc can be shown above the person bringing it to the other survivors. But not their whole build.
To go with that, they could also add in message bubble callout buttons, like "going for unhook (shoulder the burden)" or just "going for unhook" next to eachother in a message wheel. The special perk ones showing up only when the perk is equipped.

The devs have literally said that they don't cater to a stealth playstyle anymore because the community evolved away from it in favor of chases. It is all about design philosophy and nothing to do with foundations if the devs are completely comfortable in removing old foundations from the game in favor of a new design philosophy.
Whether you want to admit it or not, this game requires coordinated play (or at least very good macro knowledge from soloq survivors) for the survivor team to have a chance at winning. Gone are the days where you can just stroll through a match with nothing but self care and iron will and have a good chance at surviving through the exit gate.
I'm not sure if you're being willfully dishonest and pedantic with your apples and oranges comment, but after 10 years, any live service game will only have very few core similarities of what it once was. Dbd is no different.

Funny thing tho, nemesis still sucks in this mode. Having to hit every survivor 3 times to injure someone just doesn‘t work well in this mode with so many syringes. The zombies constantly are far too slow or get stuck somewhere. Sometimes they are goated (especially on lerrys), but most times just minding their own business in nobody’s land doing nothing. Then there are flashlights that make them completely pointless or just use one of the infinite pallets this mode has to offer to kill them.

I think a Hex Class for killer would be amazing along will a Boon Class for survivor. The killer class should work like boons in the sense that they can be reapplied and a selection of different hexes are available to choose from

Yeah, this would be possible. That you can add X Killers to a Pool and the game then randomly chooses between one of those Killers. I would not even put it to one or two, simply a pool which can be filled how the players wants to fill it. Could be two Killers, five Killers or all Killers.
But other than that, it would not work, people would not queue up for Chaos Shuffle if they might end up playing Killers they dont like to play. I certainly would not want to queue up and then have to play Hag or another Killer I dont like to play. But I would use a feature which lets me pick my favourite Killers and then randomly picks one of them for me to play.

Do something about old Skull Merchant gameplay that has infested the mode. It has turned the fast faced gameplay of 2v8 into a boring slog.
Remove 1 zombie from Nemesis
That's all I want. Do not care about whatever else they do.
