Re: Pallets broken after recent 2x8 update. Insane amounts of pallets added to all maps
“Thinking rationally, this pallet change is perfectly coherent with all of their other balance changes, like what they called "anti-tunnel and anti-slug mechanics". ”
Bhvr listens to killer content creators and makes changes to appease them. The anti slug and tunnel updates?
yeah stuff like this is what came out of that and bhvr never went through with those changes. Remember the first pallet density? Killer content creators did the same thing and that got changed and bhvr even went a step further to make the maps weaker too. There was 0 “dbd is dead” vids when that happened only Scott called those changes out
Re: Pallets broken after recent 2x8 update. Insane amounts of pallets added to all maps
So if it fits the usual pattern it will be reverted within days after a few streamers make videos crying about it and we'll end up with fewer pallets on maps than before.
How're you liking the Torchbearer class? We want to know!
New to 2v8, the Torchbearer class equips Survivors with Flashlights and Flash Grenades, helping them to go for stuns, reveal Killers, and empower injured Survivors with Endurance.
Now that you've had a day to check out this new class, how are you liking it so far? Hit us with your feedback below so we can bring it to the team!
Re: Pallets broken after recent 2x8 update. Insane amounts of pallets added to all maps
I think you are wasting your breath here… sadly…
Many players don´t get the difference. Do you remember when Springtrap was invisible after leaving his door and so many players cried out that BHVR overbuffed him and made him unfair to play against? Yeah… people won´t get such things and are so deep in their bubble that they think it is a intended buff to let the other side suffer.
Re: Pallets broken after recent 2x8 update. Insane amounts of pallets added to all maps
This is a bug that surfaces about 3 times a year for some reason. There's something in the spaghetti code that just always spawns every possible pallet after a patch until they can hotfix it shortly after.
It's not intended, and it's not going to be permanent either.
Re: Pallets broken after recent 2x8 update. Insane amounts of pallets added to all maps
Yeah, yeah. This evil Aven. So evil and biased that you had to create another account because your previous one got banned.
Look, it is a bug and it does not even apply to all maps. If it would do, we would have seen way more people notice it. OP only noticed it because of a Clickbait title of a Content Creator for example.
And yes, since it is a Bug, it should be fixed. Did I ever say anything else? If you see me saying that Bugs should not be fixed, please show me. Otherwise your post is just unreasonable nonsense, but this cannot be true, can it? Nobody would do that on the DBD-Forums, especially not newly created accounts which are totally not from someone who got banned before.
Re: Trail of Torment does not need "Fixing"
This is definitely something I can make sure is shared with the team, feedback-wise. Either way, we'll be keeping an eye on how it performs in-game.
Re: Giving up seems to be so common now, why?
the irony being that killers have a safety net, since if they plument below 60%, they will likely get buffed.
"Those "whiney killers" know how bhvr operates and don't believe in the promise of buffing low tier killer in any reasonable timeframe."
is just plain wrong.
if survivors get trashed on by a highly oppresive killer, bhvr doesnt have a safety ruling in place to prevent it.
(kaneki existance proved that)
so, overall those low tier killers would've gotten more buffs than high tier killers,
they already did it in the first ptb iteration of it by not giving these buffs to high mobility killers.
so saying "they wont buff low-tier killers" is just wrong, because they do,
not as much as they should, but trapper and pig got buffed.
freddy got a rework even though he was statistically an above avarage killrate.
its been 9 months and kaneki is still as miserable to play against as he has been since on release even with his numerous bug fixes and small slap of the wrist changes he got.
Re: Giving up seems to be so common now, why?
Who wants to talk to anyone using this tone?
