Shrine needs a rework

Ok first of all 2 perks for each side is wayyyyy to little for how many perks we have, that should be higher maybe 6-10 perks for eachside. Or maybe just make all perks buyable and if your worried about people not buying new DLCs just make new perks cost more for like 3 months or just don't show them at all in the shop for 3 months.

2nd this one is less needed but i feel like if ive bought 2 perks from the shrine from a non licienced character they should be cheaper in shards in the shop.
