Matchmaker Feedback - serious

Just throwing this out there based on thoughts and experiences.

1) For solo / partial SWF queue, you should be at a somewhat easier skill-level than when you are in a SWF, proportional to the number of members in the SWF. This accounts for the fact that you do not have coordination between players that you do in a SWF.

Alternatively, give someone a more difficult skill level based on the membership of their SWF.

2) Although this doesn't apply to me as I have all survivors and they are all at least 40th level, I would think that until a survivor has at least 4 perk slots, that they would retain individual skill levels, much like the killers do. This accounts for them not having full access to all of the perks they would have on characters with all 4 perk slots open. I understand that skills such as looping, repairing, healing, flashlight saves, et.al. are not character dependent, but having full build is. This is my opinion based on playing with and against many survivors that don't have all perk slots filled and have Ash grades.
