    Yes it does need an explanation. What about the perk is not working? Under all circumstances or only specific conditions? You got a clip or something?

    Can you at least explain the circumstances when there is no gameplay shown? Maybe a certain perk constellation which do not work? A certain situation? Anything?

    Tested it right now. Works. Only equipped OTR* and it does the job.

    This does need more information,please explain why the perk is bugged and we will take a look at it, as an aside I played with this over the weekend and had no issues so not sure what you're referring to with a bug. Thank you.
