Yes it does need an explanation. What about the perk is not working? Under all circumstances or only specific conditions? You got a clip or something?

This does need more information,please explain why the perk is bugged and we will take a look at it, as an aside I played with this over the weekend and had no issues so not sure what you're referring to with a bug. Thank you.
