I didn't mind the gen regression perks tbh, the problem certainly doesn't come from me. I used most of them myself before the nerf.

I'm not asking for something to be done about tunneling either, I'm just pretty certain that they will do something. Especially if they have a way to see how much it's happening. And judging by the forums and how a lot of killers are very open about the fact that they tunnel at 5 gens, yep I'm guessing they knows it happening a lot more than they'd like.

Only real way to get tunneling down is to make a insensitive not to tunnel. Hard merding it isn't the solution and the Devs won't do that because they already said they won't hard Nerf it....

Best suggestion I saw was to make Hook States count for something....while alos making it so they can't hook the same survivor twice to get the bonus....

This would lead sadly to clone squads of survivors to try and mess with the Killer

Personally, I'd like to see Survivors lose a bit of power at the very beginning of the game and have the 3v1 part not be so devastating.

No I have a problem with the perks and the items, because over the years killer metas wear destroyed constantly, but the survivor meta just get new perks on top and bairly lose some meta perks. I dont care if I have 4 man escapes from time to time, but when a 4 man escape happend because overpowert ######### yes I have a problem with that. (and yes Killers have some overpowert ######### left, but I bairly see them and the survivors bullshit I see every day)

A single Map offering I have stats over my round incloding Map Offerings, Perks and Items and the survivors throw map offerings in 70% of my matches.

Second Point gen speed perks arent the main factor why gens go fast. Mostly its medikits, because you can have constantly two on gens. So I would say for gens a syringe is even stronger than a BNP and In my Round if you look at my statistiks there are around 50% of the lobby with medkits and the chance the medkit has a syringe is at 64%.

And the 300% BPs are thrown, because the survivors can secure easly the win with all of this together

Would you say that this is maybe a reson to tunnel.

It would be really nice if survivor players had to play a minimum number of hours as killer before being allowed to post complaints about camping and tunneling.

I think there's there's room for improvement in the perks and add-ons at minimum. It's also unlikely that you played the game perfectly, and since 2.5 of your perks rely on you getting downs to do anything at all, you likely had next to zero pressure for this match.

It's interesting that you choose to showcase this as your problem case. It's also unlikely that anything I say will cause you to introspect, or even consider that there's anything at all you could do to improve.

So best of luck to you.

And killers have to play solo survivors. I am all for that, actually.

"Killers will tunnel so long as it's easy and effective."

And you say this knowing how? Even your next statement seems to indicate this isn't true. The move to tunneling has been a slow change. When killer loses the ability to control generators it moves to control the thing it can control.

Look for example at the "end game" hook scenario. There was a time people would get mad at a killer camping them on hook when there was literally nothing else for the killer to do. Having no other viable objective we see a push where they get "something" out of camping/tunneling.

Simply put the removal of control and lack of options for killer encourages tunneling and camping.

-"The issue is that in order to make something stronger than tunneling, it would need to be incredibly overpowered."

Maybe that's what the game needs right now instead of the devs just ignoring the problem.

The game would be a little longer due to the built in slowdown and "feel less good" maybe but everyone would get to play for the majority of the match.

Well yeah, some killer kits are so weak in the current environment that you have to jump to desperation tactics immediately or you may as well forget about the whole thing.
