Pyramid Head Bug + Anniversary power bug

I played a game today as PH, and when i used my punishment of the damned and downed a survivor, the survivors weren't tormented at all.


The other bug is with the anniversary power as a killer, i got the invitation and then load the power, but when I had bloodlust, I couldn't One hit the survivor.

    Punishment of the Damned does not inflict Torment, those changes that were tested on the PTB were reverted when 7.0.0 hit live.

    Regarding the second part of your report, I'll send it to be reviewed.
