Pyramid Head Bug + Anniversary power bug

I played a game today as PH, and when i used my punishment of the damned and downed a survivor, the survivors weren't tormented at all.
The other bug is with the anniversary power as a killer, i got the invitation and then load the power, but when I had bloodlust, I couldn't One hit the survivor.
