Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

I've just downloaded DBD for the first time and recieved the error "Please unload iqvw64e.sys before starting the game". I know it's an error with EAC but i've played Rust before with out an issue. Any help is appreciated.

I'd update your Intel graphic drivers, although please be aware that we don't officially support Intel GPU's so please be sure that your hardware meets the minimum system requirements to run the game.

I'm using Nvidia drivers and everything is up to date

Then definitely look why your PC is trying to load the Intel GPU - as that's an intel gpu driver file.

i was able to play before today, but now i had the same issue.

i had to update Geforce Experience to the new NVIDIA App, and now i'm on Geforce GameReady Driver 566.14 released today.

try and update yourself maybe it does it for you, or reinstall NVIDIA as a whole

sorry for the late reply, just came back because today's event update messed everything up again for me. no use in reinstalling NVIDIA and drivers, verifying integrity of game filesin steam seemingly solved it
