Chests/Chest Perks need to be buffed.
With the current Bloodpoint economy, chests and chest-oriented perks are somewhat obsolete due to how affordable it is to bring the best items with best addons into each trial.
I would love to see some buffs to basekit chests and some of the chest oriented perk, so here are some of my ideas:
Chest Buffs:
Chest and Rummage interaction now takes 6s from 10s.
4 Chests on the map by default.
Items from the chest now have the minimal rarity of Yellow.
Chest item will always have a 1 random Yellow or Grey addon.
Perks:
Plunderer's Instinct - Additional Effect: You keep Plundered item if you die.
Ace in the Hole - Additional Effect: If you are last survivor standing, you can Rummage through a chest to get a guaranteed Dull Key or Skeleton Key.
Appraisal - Instead of Tokens, the perk has a flat cooldown of 30 seconds after rummaging. No rummage limit per chest. Other rummage perks take priority over this and can be used infinitely (Only with Appraisal)
Pharmacy - Gets a guaranteed Ranger Medkit with additional Green Addon.
Residual Manifest - Rummage to get a Utility Flashlight with additional Green addon.
Scavenger - Rummage to get a Toolbox of Green Rarity or Higher with additional Wire Spool addon.

I'd love more changes to the item gameplay to make it more rewarding to go through chests and add more to that survival horror gameplay
I personally think Plunderers should grant the aura reading to the whole team for dropped/found items1
