SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Ghoul's add-on Yamori's Mask makes all survivors scream regardless of location, including lockers.

PLATFORM: PC/Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Have The Ghoul equip the add on Yamori's Mask and hook a survivor while another survivor is in a locker. All survivors will scream regardless of location.
