Launching at a survivor as Victor caused me to be softlocked

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I launched at a healthy survivor as Victor with The Twins. This caused me to injure them and latch on as intended, but then softlocked me. I could not recall Victor, nor could they get Victor off of them. They were unable to leave. I was stuck spectating them the entire match.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
About 10-15 seconds after the survivor in question had been unhooked, I launched Victor at that survivor again. It's notable that the rescuer was right next to them.

    Please killswitch this killer until this is fixed, I didn't appreciate being forced to disconnect from a match to prevent being held hostage by this completely game ruining bug.

    I also put in a bug report today. sliding off survivors and getting stuck on them…. reall sucks.

    Don't understand why Twins hasn't been killswitched yet. This is a gamebreaking bug for the entire lobby and it happens on every single game!!

    I played Twins recently and had no bug happen on them. So no it does not happen in every match.

    Got it too, twice game in a row.

    Forced to quit the game after 10mn a waiting for a lobby is reaaly annoying

    the is a gamebreaking bug. I cant play any game with charlotte and victor. As soon as I have jumped onto a survivor with victor, I can no longer access charlotte. Sometimes when I pounce on someone with Victor. Then that doesn't count as a hit either Killswitch pls

    It's happened on every single match I've played, since before the last bugfix and then after (last 5 games I've played as Twins). I can't keep getting penalties for testing to see if it's still there honestly.
