Bloodmoon 2025: Blood Generator Improvements
Hello. I'd like to post my personal thoughts on Blood Gens for this year's Blood Moon event because BHVR might come to the forums more often and thus my voice may be heard.
First, I personally think that Bloodpoints should be given to every Survivor that has worked on a Blood Gen when it is completed. Many people have toiled away at a Blood Gen only for someone else to come along and claim all the Bloodpoints for themselves, which I think is unfair. Giving everyone who worked on the Blood Gen and giving more Bloodpoints to the Survivor that worked on it the most would be much more fair.
Second is that Blood Gens can be completed and a very quick rate, which many Killers can find overwhelming. If BHVR can find a way to balance this out, such as increasing the amount of times someone needs to fill up a Gen or increasing the amount of Blood spilled when kicking a Blood Gen, that would be splendid.
Third, repairing Blood Gens should count towards the objective category too. I've left matches with less than 1000 points to objective categories because I was working on Blood Gens.
I feel like this would make the Bloodmoon event a lot more fun to play. I hope BHVR can fix these glaring issues so that this event can be fun for both sides and we can reach that 500% Bloodpoint bonus while having fun. Thank you for reading.

The main problem I have with blood gens is they can be completed with around two and a half cans and that is just way too little. As Survivor I've finished off two gens by myself in a very short amount of time because a blood pump spawned right in the middle of them and I was able to run back and forth losing only about two or three percent of a full can from the running so on my third trip I was left with a nearly half full can.
The amount of blood needed to finish a generator needs to be increased to around four or five full cans to finish. I really do like the gameplay of having to go and get a resource to "repair" a generator but only having to make three trips just doesn't feel like enough work for the reward.
Blood pump spawns also need a bit of a tweak, as sometimes they spawn way too close to blood generators. Maybe instead of having them all be in random locations throughout the map two are at slash in Killer Shack another two are in main building and another two are on opposite sides of the map. Blood pumps also need less blood in them because you can fill up six or seven cans from one pump alone and it's supposed to be a "limited resource".
