GAME KEEPS CRASHING AND CLOSING THEN I GOT PENALTY AFTER IMPLEMENTING BLOOD MOON EVENT
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The issue of my game crashing and closing is always an issue on my end and there was no penalty unless it's an internet problem. But when the Blood Moon event started, it's even worse. The game keeps crashing everytime im in the middle of the match and then it closes. Then when I open the game, i got a penalty for UNINTENTIONALLY leaving the match because the game crashed and closed on it's own and it's not my fault. Then the penalty increases, from 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes and so on. Now, i have 24 hours penalty.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I play both survivor and killer. I logged in game, que for a match, then when the match start, as a survivor, it's either i just had a few steps, or started fixing gen, or halfway through the gens, or as a killer, after taking a few steps, or started chasing or injured a survivor, or even after hooking them, the game crashed and then close, with the prompt showing up after.

I know this might not be a bug but i have nowhere else to raise this concern. For me, it's unfair being penalized for something that is out of my control like the experience I have stated above. I don't know if it's just me, or other players might have the same experience.
