The Dead by Daylight Paradox
I'm not going to waste any time, I'll start instantly about my point. What is the most irritating thing that killer and survivor can experience?
As a survivor, it's probably getting camped, slugged or tunnelled. Maybe it's getting downed really fast, or not knowing how to loop or knowing where the pallets or windows are. Maybe it's solo teammates that aren't really good and frequently a gen is regressed feeling like winning is impossible.
What about killer, gens getting completed really fast making the game unplayable. Survivors knowing how to loop really well, holding Shift W and god pallets. An obvious one, survive with friends.
Now I know there it's lots more but it's a start, here is some more information.
• Face camp mechanic introduced 7.3.0
• Slugged COMING SOON
• Base-kit Endurance introduced 6.1.0
• Generator times increase introduced 6.1.0
• Increased size of "Maze Tiles" introduced 3.7.0
• Reduced "on hit" Sprint Burst introduced 6.10
The point is, most things that people complain about have already been heard. Changes have already been made but nobody really appreciates. I have 2 suggested changes, I think they are pretty good.
• Make Generators 80 charges again but Half the Efficiency Penalty (Nerf)(Remove 7.5% of the generator per additional survivor instead of 15%).
• Rework Windows Of Opportunity and make it base kit. I know that will be strong but I think this change in all will be equal to the Generator change.
I know this is a lot, thanks for reading. If you didn't read it all, that's ok too.

Do we get basekit Zanshin Tactics, then? Knowing which resources are used and how tiles have spawned without even looking at them is way better than most other basekit proposals I've ever seen.

Yeah that sounds good, both perks strong but Zanshin Tactics isn't meta.

So, what exactly problems are you targeting to solve? It looks like gens being boring, and I guess weaker maps or maybe information?
You list a lot of things and then give out two changes, but what is your goal with these changes?
Second, is that I'm generally opposed to "just add X base kit" as a solution. Not that you shouldn't ever do it or consider it, but you should really look at the problem your trying to solve, really decide that adding something base kit is the best option, and then consider as many possible pitfalls or problems that can arise from that as you can before even testing it.
There's an awful lot of "just make X base kit" that gets talked about on the forums, and it should be pretty rare that that is actually the answer. Most things already have perks, play styles, or even game knowledge, game sense, or skill that are valid or viable solutions.

I think making alert for pallets basekit would be a better idea than windows imo for survivors.
Because I think learning the maps and being aware to reduce map RNG is a big part of the game and giving up a perk slot to nullify all this work is fair imo.
However, what any map knowledge can't help you with is knowing which resources have been used by teammates.
It's still not ideal because it basically gives you info on where the killer is but making windows basekit is arguably even stronger anyway.
I don't think killers needs a basekit Zanshin as much as survivors require windows or alert. You are the one to chase and break pallets so you actually have all the info at your disposal.
