New Killer Perk Idea

I have a idea for a type of scourge hook perk that might help Killers with survivors that like Sabotaging Hooks and using there health states to finish the Sabotaging. The name of the Perk is Scourge Hook: Playing Hooky. And how this perk works is that when you pick up a survivor the Perk Actives until the survivor is Dropped or Hooked or no longer on the Killers Shoulder. Any scourge hook that a survivor goes near or tries unhooking with be exposed until the survivor is hooked or dropped or no longer on the Killers shoulder. This will be great against Sabotaging Squads that like to Sabotaging hooks in ur face because even with Mad Grit I still feel like it's not enough to counter this play style.
