Scene Partner animation still plays when downed

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When downed by a killer with Scene Partner, it doesn't stop the animation and the torso of the survivor still does it.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Play as a survivor with Scene Partner
  2. Get downed by a killer when Scene Partner is still active
  3. Observe
