SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: First survivor must be first interacting to cleanse a totem. The Doctor killer then needs to charge and activate the static blast killer power within range of the survivor cleansing the totem. Once the survivor screams the character model is unable to move away from the totem by either walking or running. If the survivor completes cleansing of the totem, then they are able to move freely again.
