I disagree i always run no mither in solo play in a team of people with less than 400-500h. That said i use it in a game where i dont play like a team but rather play as a sole survivor who doesnt give a heck about his team. No mither makes it very easy to juke a killer since you drop no blood you make no noise( +iron will ). No mither allows me to compete with other survivors rather than killer.

I would just personnaly add a bp / emblem bonus.
