SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: If you are controlling victor and someone gets unhooked the hook doesn't turn in to a scourged hook
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: You hook someone and then control Victor. Now if the person is unhooked while you control Victor the hook will stay normal and Jagged compass doesn't activate
