The Animatronic Security Door and Window Vaults
I noticed in my last match while playing against Springtrap that security doors can spawn on top of windows, in my case on Azarov's Resting place, it spawned within a few meters of the window that spawns at the top of the excavator tile. I'm not sure what the bind is to interact with these on keyboard and mouse, however, on controller, it falls under the actions category, so it's the same as vaulting a window, despite the fact this isn't an interaction you'd want to rush into during a chase since it's heavily punishable. Unfortunately as well, these doors take priority over vaults.
There might be more examples of security doors in problematic places like this, but this was the first I've seen. These spawns don't need to be prevented, instead the bind to interact with them should fall under interactions, not actions.
