Hatch should open if 1/2 Survivors is downed or on Hook.

With the new changes to the Mori system and removal of self unhook attempts, I think it's only fair to compensate Survivors by opening Hatch when there are 2 Survivors remaining and one is downed or on hook. 4king is easier than ever since you can just not hook 1 person until the end and then hook them before going after the other Survivor and there's 0 chance they escape.
