Spirit Adept is bugged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Doing the adept challenge with Spirit, I met the requirements I've tried it twice, both times it didn't give me the achievement, I've been grinding the adepts, only spirit's have had any issues.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series/ Xbox one (I was specifically on the series X)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Play Spirit with three teachables, kill 4 survivors, no achievement, try again, get another merciless killer, no achievement.
