Bloodweb Frozen Cannot Progress

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Bloodweb specifically for Ace is stuck and will not progress from last item.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I click on Ace, go to his bloodweb and try to purchase the last item required to refresh the web (Error will follow). I have tried using the automatic bloodweb button in the middle, the new auto bloodpoint level mechanic, as well as clicking the last item needed to refresh the web. When I try to click the new mass bloodpoint spend option… my entire game freezes and I must close it with task manager.
