Haywire should be a hex perk
Haywire rn is a pretty bad perk. We all know they nerfed it because it was TOO good on singularity but incredibly mid on everyone else. I've seen some suggestions like "When you open a door, it opens the other door instead" or "When you fully open a door, it doesn't open but instead resets back to 50% progress" which aren't bad suggestions by any stretch of the means. But I really believe it would be best suited as an endgame perk like noed. Here's my suggestion:
When the last gen is completed, a random dull totem becomes this hex. When an exit gate is 1% progress or more it regresses at a rate of 100%. This effect persists until the hex is cleansed. Now you could adjust this rate to 75 or 50% if need be. Or have it that you can see the totem's aura when you're within 8-12 meters of it. Having the perk like this means not only could you cleanse the hex to stop the effect. But if you cleanse every dull totem before endgame then the perk will never light up, leaving strong counterplay to it. And making it very strong for all killers, not just singularity.
What do you all think?

Leave it as is, tell survivors to go grab EMPS

It was too good on many killers, not just singularity.
Any killer with high mobility to move between two choke points was good enough to make it miserable.
