Dying survivors aura revealed
When all Survivors are either hooked or in the dying state, the Killer will now see the auras of all dying Survivors within 32 meters.
This is intended to reduce situations where Survivors remain hidden and unpicked for extended periods during a full slug scenario.
This aura visibility only activates when no Survivors are in the healthy or injured state.

There are perks like deerstalker or BBQ for that, and there is counterplay survivors may use like plot twist or unbreakable.
If it's a problem for you, use a perk

I'm sorry but Deerstalker can't be base kit. Like someone said there are perks that can still be used like Unbreakable and Plot Twist. I have used Unbreakable and found hatch before. While this is frustrating they will eventually bleed out.
