A Dark Seas Chapter (Hello Pirates)

Background


Pirate Captain who was obsessed with the sirens call. Whenever they sail through the Sirens seas, he sacrifices a crew member to her. Any who object are also dumped into her seas. He takes in a new first mate who behind closed doors is rallying the crew against him. 
When nearing the seas of the Siren again the Captain wants to hear the call himself. Never knowing the new First Mate has half the crew ready to mutiny. And thinking them all to scared to oppose him. When they tie him down to resist the sirens call, they don't secure the ropes. Ensuring his death to the Siren. Now he seeks revenge.

Killer (The Pirate Captain- half skeletal, half water logged flesh)
M1- Sword

M2- pistol with 5 shots or whip (changeable)


Mori: summons the siren via a water portal on the ground. The Survivor stands up hypnotized, standing on the edge of a plank to fall into the sirens arms. The Pirate Captain stabs them through, then boots them off the plank.


Possible Addons- extra shots, whip destroys pallets, whip pulls survive back, shots travel through survivors, iri reduced shots but instant downs, successful shots cause killer instinct, hemoraghing 


Killer perks:
All Hear The Call- Killer starts the trial with one token. Received 1 token for each first hook. Instead of needing to pick up and transport the survivor to hook, it allows the killer to channel the call of the siren, which will send the survivor to the nearest scourge hook. :::RNG can impact killers utilizing their scourge hooks. This helps with that. However, killer is left in animation of watching "the call" to the hook until survive is on the hook. Speeds it up for the killer but still gives nearby survivors time to get a head start.


Siren's Tears- when within 8/16/24 meters of the killer, the survivor is drenched in the Sirens tears. Blurring their vision (think driving in the rain without windshield wipers). It will dissipate within 15 (?) seconds if running or they can take time to dry their face maybe. While drenched all progess times are reduced by 5 percent :gens, healing, gates, etc. :::possible addon: spreads to nearby survivors, longer dissipation, survivors vision isn't impacted but speed is reduced.


Water on Deck: Spawns wide puddle traps. If the survive runs through one, they slip and fall (dying state position). However, they can immediately get up. If already injured and killer is quick enough, can be grabbed. :::Puddle diameter increases with tier. Addons possible: if healthy, become injured. If injured, deep wound. - extended time to stand. Iri addon- if injured, they receive a dying state recovery time.

The Survivor: The First Mate
Abilities:


Sea Legs: While healthy, ability to run over any killer traps without triggering. Either once (one trap) with a shorter cool down (40/30/20) or maybe a time period of 2/3/4 seconds of not triggering with a longer cool down time period (60/50/40). Doesn't work while injured. 


Rally The Crew: Sounds a bellowing shout which triggers a loud noise notification or reveals aura to killer. All survivors receive a 5 percent buff to speed, repair, healing, gates, etc. for 5/10/15 seconds. Causes the exhausted status effect.


Sea Hardened: Upon first hook, the survivor becomes sea Hardened allowing a first hit to cause no damage. Survivor has a blue aura around them for the killer. This perk deactivates once another survivor has been hooked or the exit gates have been powered.

Could add a Mutineer outfit collection to the store. And if the license could be got, a legendary Captain Jack Sparrow outfit.

Maybe add an indoor map based as a wrecked, dark galleon? Or connected shipwrecks?
