Springtrap's power bugged my whole match

Played a match on Grim Pantry, the date was 2025-07-03. During a chase with Springtrap he hit me with his axe. Right as he was about to grap me while the axe still on my back, I jumped into a locker, but his grap seemed to be successful and he hooked me. After I was unhooked, he came after me again but this time I couldn't drop a pallet, the promt didn't appear. He downed me and hooked me again, and after unhooking I couldn't do any interactions. Couldn't heal myself or do a gen. When another survivor healed me, I was teleported into a locker (different locker then the one I tried to jump into before), but because there were no prompts, I couldn't leave. Killer ultimately found me and hooked me.
Played on PC, on Steam.
