I know a lot of people talk down on the new player experience. And while that’s subjective, it’s undeniable that there is so much content in the game that it can be overwhelming. And I think one thing that would be a great way to make the game more digestible would be a better tutorial. The current tutorial does not explain certain game mechanics like hex totems or bloodlust. How, as a new player, are you supposed to be aware of those things before it happens to you? We all love this game and we want to see it grow (we wouldn’t be on forum pages otherwise) so I think more information about the game needs to be readily available IN the game. I’d love to see them add things like how to navigate tiles and a crash course on killer powers like they do in hero shooters or into League of Legends. If the end goal is to get more and more people playing DBD, this is a must in my opinion.
