New Chapter: Crimes Always Come To Light
This chapter contains a a new Killer, and a new Survivor, and a new map within the Gideon Meat Plant
Lore:
An expedition. Lead by an anonymous government, to investigate the depths of a reported "every changing labyrinth". All previous attempts to plunge into the labyrinth had come back unsuccessful, or not come back at all. After seventeen more attempts to access to labyrinth, it was concluded that the labyrinth would only accept those who were crafty and resourceful enough to get away with murder. Prisoners were used as test subjects, mapping the inside of the maze. As soon as the test subjects expressed a desire to leave, exactly 6 hours, 13 minutes, and 27 seconds, every single prisoner would be ejected from the exterior entrance to the labyrinth . Every single prisoner would come back dead. Either with limbs missing, limbs and organs replaced with crude reconstructions, or left as completely unrecognizable, mauled brutally even beyond their deaths.
If cunning and murder were involved, the unnamed government had no choice but to send in their worst. Prisoner #251123. His name lost to the decades spent in prison, only called 'Jaws', for the amount of restraints he would have on him at all times, especially around his skull, 'Jaws' had committed almost every violent act known to the codes of law, and got away with it for over 7 years. Finally caught in the act the day after his birthday, likely sloppy from the night before.
'Jaws' was transported in full constraints, only to be unlocked right before entering the labyrinth. The guards strapped a radio to his back, a flashlight to his waist, undid his manacles and handcuffs, and kicked him into the labyrinth, still leaving the binds around his mouth, it grew clearer and clearer this wasn't a typical research mission, this was an execution that the public couldn't find out about. Struggling to get up from the drop into the maze, 'Jaws' dropped his radio, broke the lens of the flashlight, and slowly trailed glass behind him, leaving ever so slight traces back to the radio, just in case. The labyrinth made no geometric sense, the outside building was a run down butcher shop, but the inside was a massive complex of walls, each made of different materials. Occasionally there would be large planks of wood or cut outs in the wall about the side of a human. Slowly hugging the walls, 'Jaws' would trace the outline of the map, slowly seeing less an less planks of wood, and strange blockades near the cutouts. He was done with this, 'Jaws' followed his trail of glass back to the radio. "Hey… Hey I'm done with this… I want to leave, this place is ####### awful. It's weird, creepy, and there's random #### everywhere". There was nothing but static on the other end. A bell tolled, and the ground began to crack and turn orange. There was a sudden loud animalistic roar. A cacophony of wooden and metallic sounds rushing toward 'Jaws', so he ran, ran as far as he could, and as fast as he could, reaching a strange hatch in the floor, and plunging in without a second thought. The creature following looking displeased as he jumped in.
Killer Perks:
Resourceful Denial: Breaking a pallet blocks all windows and vault locations within 16 meters for 5 seconds.
Food For The Trial: For 30 seconds after Hooking a Survivor, increase breaking speed for downed pallets, breakable walls, and damaging generators by 25%.
Inventive Ingenuity: When you damage a Generator, it becomes Compromised. Only one Generator may be Compromised at a time.
When the Compromised generator is completed, gain 25% breaking speed for downed pallets, breakable walls, and damaging generators for 60 seconds.
Survivor Perks:
Murderous Instinct: When a survivor is healing you, press the Active Ability 1 Button. You immediately gain a health state, and injure the healing survivor. You become broken for 90 seconds following the use of this ability.
This ability may only be used once per trial.
Similar Minds: Being within the Killer's Terror Radius while not in chase for 30 seconds activates Similar Minds.
The next time you become injured, increase the on hit boost for 50%, you then become exhausted for 40 seconds.
Similar Minds cannot be used while exhausted.
Off The Scent: When you open a chest, cleanse a totem, and complete a Generator, Off the Scent activates.
The next time you become injured, a 3 second timer starts, after that timer ends, your scratch marks will lead in a random direction for 8 seconds, and you leave no scratch marks or pools of blood during that duration.
New Killer: The Conglomerate
4.4m/s, 24 meter Terror Radius, Tall.
Appearance similar to Singularity, but with inorganic garbage instead of organic material, a large rusty guillotine-like blade for a weapon (hangs down similar to Dredge's scythe, its swing is very much so using its weight to cut rather than a precise swing). It's face is a large collection of assorted metal with sunken, hollow eyes, and broken cans and bottles forming a sharp, rusty, open maw.
"Anger, expressed even in private will be subsumed into the objects nearby. Enough anger might just have it expressed back…"
Power: Scrap Master
Break Pallets, collect Scrap, salvage items, and collect refuse from completed Generators, to craft useful objects to help you, hinder Survivors, or even create copies of yourself.
Survivors may also collect Scarp from completing Generators, and from Scrap Heaps. They may use this Scrap at Engineering Tables to craft useful bio-mechanical enhancements, which provide powerful bonuses, at a cost.
Special Ability: Scrap Gadgets:
When in close proximity to a pallet or window, The Conglomerate may install a motion activated gadget by spending a small amount of Scrap. When triggered by a Survivor walking through the pallet, the pallet will immediately drop, if in proximity, this may pallet stun the survivor for 1 second. When triggered by a Survivor vaulting the window, the window will become blocked for 30 seconds, as well as blocking visibility. Slow vaulting through a motion activated window will injure healthy survivors, or down injured survivors.
When in close proximity to a Generator, The Conglomerate may install a trap with a moderate amount of Scrap, the next time a Survivor begins to repair the trapped Generator, the Generator explodes for 5% of current progress, begins to regress, and reveals the Survivors aura for 5 seconds. Damaging a trapped Generator will remove the trap
When in close proximity to an exit gate, The Conglomerate may install half of a contraption with a high amount of Scrap, when both parts of the contraption are installed, and the exit gates are powered, the contraption activates. When a Survivor first interacts with an exit gate if it has a contraption, the other exit gate with a contraption installed will become blocked until the original exit gate is opened. (Phrased weirdly since 2v8 has 3 gates)
(Only active when a scourge hook perk is equipped: When in close proximity to a hook, the Conglomerate with an extreme amount of Scrap, may turn that hook into a scourge hook)
Special Map Feature: Scrap Heap
9 Scrap Heaps are scattered across the map. Both Survivors and The Conglomerate may interact with the Heaps, if The Conglomerate interacts with the Heap, it will gather a considerable amount of Scrap and it will enter a moderate cooldown before being able to become interactable again. Survivors may spend a short amount of time to collect a small amount of Scrap, or may choose to dismantle the Heap, spending a considerable amount of time to destroy the Heap permanently.
Special Map Feature: Engineering Tables
4 Engineering Tables are scattered across the map. Survivors may interact with the Tables to spend scrap to create various enhancements, injured Survivors may install the enhancements into their body, replacing various limbs or organs for better. Enhancements break upon being hooked, and inflict Broken for 60 seconds after installation. After breaking, they will inflict permanent effects until the end of the trial.
Only one enhancement may be installed per trial.
Adrenal Valve: Upon instillation, an until breaking, when you become injured, you retain the movement speed bonus for an additional second. Upon being hooked, this instillation breaks and gives the permanent effect "When losing chase, gain 10% Hindered for 15 seconds".
Steel Plated Fingers: Upon instillation, and until breaking, gain 10% repair speed. Upon being hooked, this instillation breaks, and gives a permanent 10% repair speed reduction.
Hyper-Flexible Hips: Upon instillation, and until breaking, gain 20% vault sped. Upon being hooked, this instillation breaks, and gives the permanent effect "You must run from a further distance to initiate a fast vault".
Silicon Muscle Fiber: Upon Instillation, and until breaking, gain 7% haste. Upon being hooked, this instillation breaks, and gives a permanent 10% Hindered.
Digital Retina: Upon instillation and until breaking, you can see the auras of all generators, and their progress is highlighted in yellow, additionally, any time the Killer's aura is revealed to you, increase the duration by an additional 6 seconds. Upon being hooked, this instillation breaks, and gives the permanent effect "You cannot read auras, and your vision becomes slightly blurry" (Explicitly NOT Blindness, since Blindness doesn't stop white auras, which Scrap Heaps would be".
While near an Engineering Table, The Conglomerate gains an additional ability: Construct Copy
Special Ability: Construct Copy
Spending an extremely high amount of Scrap, The Conglomerate may create a Conglomerate Copy, the Copy moves like you, has a Terror Radius, Red Stain, and even may collect Scrap to craft objects. Upon Survivors stunning the Copy 3 times by any means, the Copy is Destroyed
Only one Conglomerate Copy may be created per game.
Add-ons for Scrap Master
Common:
Abandoned Trinket: Disables the motion sensor for pallets, and now must be manually activated to drop. Gain 300% bonus bloodpoints for pallet stunning a Survivor.
Broken Glass: Injured Survivors who medium vaulting a trapped window will suffer Deep Wounds
Boxed Magazines: All Scrap gains are increased by 15%
Faulty Valve: Generators that are trapped will begin to regress at 80% regression rate, and will explode for an additional 4%

Rusty Medical Equipment: When hooking a Survivor with an enhancement, reveal the aura of all other enchanced Survivors for 3 seconds, and gain a moderate amount of Scrap
Rotten Sawmill: Pallets dropped with a motion sensor out of your Terror Radius begin a 20 second timer, after the timer ends, the pallet will automatically break, and will give you half of the Scrap usually given for broken pallets.
Jerry-Rigged Mirror: When a motion-activated window is blocked, the sheet metal blocking it has a small one-way mirror installed, the visible side of the mirror is whatever side the motion sensor was installed from.

Corroded Screws: Whenever a Conglomerate Copy is stunned, gain 5% haste for 20 seconds
Very Rare:
Scrapped Executioner's Blade: Slow and Medium vaults on windows with motion sensors will injure healthy survivors, or down injured survivors.
Faulty Wired Explosive: Generator traps now take 5 seconds of continuous generator repair, but explodes for 15% of current progress, and reveals the aura of repairing Survivor(s) for 10 seconds.
Broken Trash Bag: Creating a Conglomerate Copy costs 25% less scrap.
Each Conglomerate Copy reduces your movement speed by 0.3m/s, the Copies move at regular speed
Visceral:
Iridescent Withered Rebar: Creating a Conglomerate Copy costs 100% more Scrap, and Copies are destroyed after 2 stuns.
You may create up to 3 Conglomerate Copies,
Compactor Jaws: Installing gadgets, traps, or contraptions cost 50% more scrap.
Survivors stunned by a motion sensor pallet are stunned for an additional second, and suffer Exposed for 12 seconds after getting stunned.
Windows blocked by motion sensor windows are only blocked for the Survivor.
Any trapped Generator that triggers will also trigger every other trapped Generator
Any exit gate that has a contraption can be opened 50% faster, but regress at 200% opening speed when not being opened
New Map: Gideon's Labyrinth
An indoor map with two stories, a very large first story, featuring a very large, twisting maze, with most loops being very short corridors, with tight corners, pallets, or windows, but as with all mazes, there are shortcuts. The second story is much smaller that the first, perhaps with only 2-3 pallets and windows total, this is a butcher shop, and where the killer spawns.
