Shoulder The Burden does not work on this hook in RPD

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: A hook on the west side of RPD does not allow me to use the perk Shoulder The Burden. I also used the perk Reassurance before I attempted to use Shoulder The Burden, although I am not sure if this perk pairing causes the problem. I know it is a problem with that specific hook because this has happened to me before.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Step 1: Equipped Shoulder The Burden & Reassurance
Step 2: Used Reassurance on the hooked survivor.
Step 3: The prompt to use Shoulder The Burden does not appear.

    I think its the alignment of the hook that is causing you not to be able to use it. If I am not wrong when you use that perk it moves you to the front side of the hook every time. So because the hook is aligned so close to the couch I think its hitbox is causing it to not be able to be used. Like you can unhook from any angle normally but if you use Shoulder the Burden it always makes you unhook from the front.

    So this bug seems to be totally just because the hooks alignment is not been corrected and you can see that in quite many maps but indoor maps its very on the nose that hooks are in odd angles. In RPD there is even a hook that you can't even hook anyone currently.
